General Pest Control
Treat the strip of ground where the wall meets the soil and the inside of the house gets quiet.

Termite protection and WDIR reports, moisture and vent work under the floor, roach and fire ant treatment, mosquito rounds and rental turnovers. Priced in writing after a free inspection.
Sorting the job before picking a service saves a wasted visit. Structural work protects the building itself: subterranean termites, powderpost beetles, old house borers and the moisture that invites all three. It is bought as ongoing protection with an annual renewal rather than as one treatment, and in North Carolina the agreement behind it has to be in writing with a foundation diagram attached. Ground and perimeter work is a separate job: fire ant mounds in sandy yards, mosquitoes breeding in a roadside ditch or a flat corner, and the roaches that walk in from pine straw and pipe collars once a downpour saturates the soil. Interior work is the smallest slice of all of it, and usually a symptom of one of the other two.
The fourth situation is a date. A closing or a refinance needs a WDIR-100, a builder needs the pre-treatment stages hit in the right order, and a rental needs a unit cleared and verified before the next tenant moves in. All three are scheduled around the deadline rather than the calendar, so call as soon as you know it. Whichever bracket you are in, the inspection comes before the recommendation and the estimated range gets written down so you can hold it against somebody else. The pricing guide sets out figures service by service if you would rather see numbers first.
For a house, residential pest control. If the address is a business, an apartment block or a unit being turned over between tenants, commercial pest control is the one you want.
Anything below can be booked for a house, a rental or a business anywhere in Cumberland County, at the same rates.

Nothing applied to the outside of a house here lasts twelve months. That is the whole argument.

Dry wood is the cheapest termite deterrent there is, and the one nobody sells you.

Shaded harborage, standing water, and the pine edge where lone star ticks and chiggers are waiting.
Learn about Mosquito and Tick Control
The inspection needs the evidence left where it is, and a shared building needs treating as a building.

One walks in from the pine straw and the bath trap. The other is already breeding behind your dishwasher.
Learn about Cockroach Control
Norway rats down in the substructure and mice at the vent line. Traps clear the population, sealing decides whether it returns.
Learn about Rodent Control and ExclusionThe structural one. A subterranean termite inspection, with somebody actually under the floor or at the bath trap, tells you whether the building itself is at risk, and that question sits above anything crossing the kitchen at night. Settle it, then deal with the ground: fire ants in the sand, mosquitoes off the ditches, and the roaches walking in from the pine straw. If the house came with a WDIR-100 from the sale, bring it out and we will read it with you.
Ongoing, and it should be. One initial treatment goes in, then the agreement renews and that renewal is what holds the inspection and the re-treatment obligation open. Most agreements in this state run a year at a time from the initial treatment. Before signing, find out which of the three kinds you are being handed: re-treatment only, re-treatment plus damage repair up to a stated amount, or no warranty at all, which has to be spelled out in the agreement if that is what it is. Two quotes at the same price can be two entirely different documents.
Normally yes, and it saves you money. A treated soil band pairs naturally with a fire ant broadcast or a mosquito round, and if somebody is already under the floor then screening the vents and closing the pipe collars happens while they are down there. Combined work goes on one quote, so the trip is not charged twice.
Both. Alongside owner-occupied homes we cover apartment and rental stock, restaurants and bars, offices, retail, warehousing out along I-95 and multi-unit buildings across Fayetteville and Cumberland County. Turnover work runs to the changeover date rather than to our route, and a fair share of those dates follow Fort Bragg orders rather than a calendar year. Commercial visits come with the logs an inspector expects.
A day or two is plenty for routine work. Some capacity is deliberately kept clear each day for the genuinely urgent. The one thing to call early about is a sale or a refinance that needs a WDIR-100, because the state itself advises getting that report done early in the transaction rather than letting it become the thing everyone is waiting on.
Every service on this page has a published band in the Fayetteville pricing guide, along with what pushes a figure up and what comes as standard. The inspection is free either way, and the number you are asked to approve is written down first.
That is precisely what the free inspection settles. Somebody identifies the species, reads the substructure, and tells you which service actually fits, with the band written down and nothing owed either way.
